There is a wide range of software for editing images, however these are often fairly expensive.
Free online editors for desktop and or tablets can also be accessed and often achieve equally good results.
I often use Pixlrfor desktop editing and Snapseed on my tablet, both produce excellent results and both are fairly easy to use once you have viewed a few online tutorials.
